- With over 15 years of experience in aviation, Arim found his passion for the industry at only 21 years of age. He earned his A&P license shortly after his start as an Avionics Technician at AERIA Luxury Interiors and Gore Design Completions, specializing in VVIP narrow- and wide-body aircraft. He has now been managing the maintenance of an undisclosed private fleet for over 7 years. “As a mechanic in charge of maintaining a private fleet, I completely understand the importance of ordering parts and receiving them as quickly as possible.
